The cultural offer of the City of Lugano covers all forms of artistic expression.
The Cultural Activities Department manages the museums of the City, offers exhibitions, theatrical, musical events and dance, literary events and cinema.
The LAC (Lugano Art and Culture), which will be operational in 2015, will offer new spaces to the many cultural initiatives.
The creation of the new cultural and architectural complex on a privileged place translates the importance attached by the town of Lugano to the promotion of culture.
