The data bank is organized in such a way to make surfing through it easy; it is supported by a double search method to find documents on the basis of one’s points of interest (simple or advanced search). The website is therefore a powerful tool rendered available to citizens in order to consult all the regulations in force.

Thanks to this service the web portal of the City of Lugano is an essential tool to become acquainted with the Municipality’s political life and above all the laws that regulate its functioning and the co-existence among citizens.

In such a way, public documents may be shared by citizens and all those involved to obtain a clear vision of how the Municipality functions and of the responsibility of its political and administrative bodies, of its territorial organization and of the constraints posed on its action.
