The Vedeggio-Cassarate Tunnel is 2,630 m long, traveled by two-way traffic through the hillside of the municipalities of Comano, Cureglia and Porza, and connects the Vedeggio Valley with the Cassarate Valley.
It is a central area of the city where opportunities related to public transport, road traffic, pedestrian paths, parking, and urban development converge.
The City allocated CHF 8.5 million for the reorganization of infrastructure and the new natural stone paving in the area of Via Pretorio, Contrada di Verla, Via Magatti, Via della Posta, and Piazzetta della Posta.
Riqualifica dell'area per trasformarla in uno spazio vivo e aperto con contenuti culturali e di intrattenimento di qualità a beneficio di tutta la popolazione.
