ViviLugano
ViviLugano is an initiative dedicated to children and young people from Lugano aged 6 to 16. Online registration.
ViviLugano is an initiative of the City of Lugano that offers children and young people aged 6 to 16 the opportunity to spend the month of July enjoying fun, discovery and friendship, in a carefree and stimulating environment.
The programme, run by qualified leaders, takes place at five different locations across the city and includes daily outings, sports activities, creative workshops and recreational moments. Participants are divided into groups according to their age range.
To whom it is addressed
ViviLugano is reserved for residents of the Municipality of Lugano.
The youngest participants must have attended 1st grade of primary school in the 2025–2026 school year.
The oldest participants must have attended 4th year of lower secondary school in the 2025–2026 school year.
For 2026, ViviLugano is expanding its offer by introducing a new programme designed to better meet the needs of the different age groups.
Alongside the existing ViviLugano programme, aimed at children and young people from 1st grade of primary school to 2nd year of lower secondary school, ViviLugano Teens has been created, a group dedicated to the 3rd and 4th years of lower secondary school.
Upon registration, students in the 2nd year of lower secondary school may also join, choosing whether to take part in the ViviLugano programme (group 4) or in the new Teens programme.
When
The 2026 edition of ViviLugano takes place from 6 to 31 July 2026, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00 (except for specific schedules for the Teens group).
It is possible to register for individual weeks.
At the time of registration, early drop-off from 8:00 can be requested (not available for ViviLugano Teens).
The ViviLugano Teens programme provides for different schedules compared to the existing offer, in order to encourage greater autonomy and propose activities suited to the participants’ age.

Such responsibility rests exclusively with the holders of parental authority who have completed the registration form.
