Neighborhood Police Team
Neighborhood officers are the first point of contact between the Police and residents in the area. Each clearly identifiable officer always operates within the same neighborhood; this constant presence aims to strengthen the sense of security and proximity among the population. A valuable closeness and human connection, especially in an urban reality like Lugano.
The City also has a patrol of several bicycle officers who mainly move through the streets of the city center.
